A women of potential black African descent although it may not account for their entire genetic make up. They may have naturally curly hair to very kinky and coiled hair and should mixed be counted as black then they may have straight hair as well. Black women, through mixed genes or genetic mutation can have any color hair as well as any color eyes. Most tend to wear no make-up and are naturally beautiful. Black women come from many different regions of the world. And come in all shapes and sizes. Some are not so attractive but many are very attractive.

Black women are the most beautiful woman on this planet. They can come in shades as white to black. They are the most envious women on this planet. The media say they are not beautiful because they don't look like the boring white woman. They been talked down on being called ugly because they are real beauty, but the white race keep brainwashing them into thinking they are ugly because of their natural hair and dark skin, so some will perm their hair and bleach their skin. Now days a lot of black women wear their natural hair and embrace what grows out of their head. They are realizing they are really beautiful and the white race are just jealous of the way they look they want their bodies and features, some will say they don't want it but they are lying to themselves.

A stereotype in many parts of American culture — including the workplace. Studies show people in organizations believe Black women are more likely to have belligerent, contentious, and angry personalities, an assumption not as readily assigned to other men and women when engaging in the same activity. Definition is paraphrased from a Harvard Business Review Source.

The ABW stereotype is so prevalent, that people who have never experienced the blowback from being passionate about a cause as a Black Woman, really believe she exists. They therefore define her in cheeky, racist and stereotypical terms as some 'angry "sista" with a bad or "street" attitude.' They don't realize the behavioral science behind the ignorance...and in defining the term incorrectly the become part of the problem.

A loving term, which describes a beautiful black woman whose ethnic make up is mostly african. She is not of biracial ancestry. She often has luscious chocolate skin, beautiful kinky-afro hair, full lips and a lovely figure. The term was coined on a forum by Dawn Ali. The term was originated in order to dispel the myth that a black woman must be mixed with non-african blood in order to be beautiful. It was also created to expand the definition of black beauty to include the wide range of skin colors and hair textures of black women.
