Decibel America is the culture in America consisting of "loud activites" Such as: Nascar racing, demolition derbies, monster-trucks and other motorsports. One can also include activites such as gun events etc. The term Decibel America is often associated with rednecks.

When the tone of a voice or frequency of noise created has reached a certain decibel level thus resulting in those listening to react with fear anxiety and uncertainty . Sometimes those that are audio sensitive result to calling the authority’s , simply running away or fear of being beaten . Predominantly happens when those of ethnicity (black) raise there voice.

Dewey Decibel System
A calibrated scale of sound-pressure-level used to measure the degree of ambient noise inside a library. Named after the infamous Thomas E. Dewey and his thunderously-cacophonous presidential campaign against Harry Truman.
Example:
The noise-level that's acceptable for inside a library is no more than 35dB on the Dewey Decibel System .
