Taken from the John Ritter movie by same name. Used to describe any child, employee, sibling, or friend that is constantly getting into trouble but you are somewhat obligated to care for or help.Also a street name for someone who gets into trouble all the time.Problem child
A therapist doesnt need to tell a problem child that they're the problem, a true problem child already knows they're the fuckin problem.
Example:
If a problem child thinks somebody else is the problem, they're not much of a problem child are they?

Problem child
A problem child not to be confused with a problematic child (a child who actually does bad things) is a child who (usually middle) is blamed for every problem even if there is no real problem. The parents usually think that the child is an attention seeker when the child wants nothing to do with attention.
