1) A correctional fluid usually white color with a strong odor; it may come in a .7 fl 0z. bottle (with a brush or foam stick), a pen, or even in a strip.
2) The fluid with a strong odor, to some to get high off of, usually amongst young people ranging from the ages of 9-16 that cannot come in contact to drugs or some sort of tobacco product.
3) When a girl or a guy gets shot in the face with sperm from the penis.

1) My essay for Language Arts had to be written so i had to use a lot of white out on the paper.
2) Sean and Sarah are going to sniff some white out before they leave the party.
3)Sarah got whitted out all the time when she amd Sean had sex.

Goes off of the principle of a black out but takes it further. there are several different ways to acheive a white out. You must be so drunk that you : A) wake up in another city, state, or country with no knowlege of where you are and how you got there. B) lose or seriously damage a body part. C) wake up with complete amnesia..... like who the fuck am i? D) wake up married, losing or gaining a substantial amt. of money, or adopted an african baby.
Example:
dude did you hear about jeffs white out? Homie woke up drunk in canada yesterday missing a toe thinking he was brad pitt..... dude had an african baby though so i can understand that part.

n. pretending to have blacked out from drinking, due to embarrassment or shame. Similar to the correctional fluid, it can be used to hide something from yourself and/or others, but is very superficial and can be easily uncovered.
Example:
White Out (Embarrassing Voicemail; Julie remembers but wishes she didn't):
Jeff: I liked your voicemail to me last night. ;)
Julie: Oops, did I call you? I'm sorry, I was completely blackout, I don't remember anything.

White Out (Sexts; Julie remembers, but Sober!Julie does not agree to terms made between Drunk!Julie and Jeff):
Jeff: Want to meet up around midnight tonight?
Julie: ...What?
Matt: You said last night you wanted to hook up.
Julie: Oh, I was blackout, I don't remember anything. I have other plans for tonight, sorry.
