Generally used in "once upon a time..." it can be used where you would use on or up on in most situations. You would probably not say "upon my girlfriend" but you get the idea.

Another way to say "all over" as in "I was all over that". I heard my brother use it and love it, not sure if he made it up or not. Stress the biginning of the word, UPonz.

Example:
When they had all you can eat crab legs at the club, I was all upons.
Check my new car, the ladies will be all upons.

1. When someone chucks completely random shit at you, such as garbage
(derived from the word fester: garbage is festering, thus, to be festered upon is to have festering crap thrown at you).

2. When someone uses entirely bitchy/bullshit behavior towards you.

Example:
1. Me and A-ron were festered upon when his grandma tossed the kitchen trash at us.

2. I was having a quiet smokeout when some crazy bitch festered upon me and my homedogs by lecturing us.
