When 2 (or more) people in a photo make awful expressions which are considered above PG in rating or even adult. Hannah and Oliver in photos.

Example:
- "Did you see Bob and George in that photo I took of them yesterday? It was so dodgy..."
- "Yea! They were almost as bad as Hannah and Oliver!"

Aside other regular uses, can be used as a euphamism for anything sexually related eg genitalia/pornography etc.
On a dodgy = surfing pornography
Watching a dodgy = watching pornography
Doing a dodgy = doing anything sexually related

Example:
me: haven't heard from alan in a while... do you reckon hes on one etc?
lewman: looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool what you mean a dodgy etc?
me: yeah total non replier. might even be DOING a dodgy with hurhur, lol
