Friends with Benefits
Friends with benefits can do things couples can do except without being labled as a BOYFRIEND and a GIRLFRIEND, when you ask if they want to be
friends with benefits with you, you both have to agree on what those BENEFITS are, and it doesn't have to contain sex. If you both agree on sex, then it's also considered
as friends with benefits.

Friends is perhaps a little too generous here too but appropriate if you and a person who already had an established friendship drink a little too much
spiced rum one evening at a party after everyone else has gone to bed and decide that you suddenly find each other attractive. It may be possible for you both continue to stay friends and occasionally root each other but eventually your friendship will be ruined for an
approximate period of three years. After that time you may be capable of laughing about it without feeling awkward. Meeting someone for the first time, having sex and then trying to develop a friends with benefits type relationship can only work for a short period of time because you did not become
friends first. Calling yourselves friends is just a simple excuse to continue to root without having to deal with the difficult conversations about who leaves the toilet seat up.

Two friends who trust each other enough to engage in sexual activity without fear of hurting the other's feelings. Ideal scenario for folk who are not interested in a
serious relationship, or who do not have time for one.
Not a boyfriend or girlfriend; neither party has to refrain from dating other people. Also not a word tool for a player to have sex with women he does not care about. A smart alternative to random
hook-ups.
Example:
John and
I are friends with benefits. We just hang out, and have sex. It's easy, now that we've
established the ground rules. If we stopped having sex, we'd still be friends.

close friends who think it would be fun to have sex with each other again and again. Until 1
falls in love and gets their
heart broken when the other doesn't want a relationship.
Example:
Z and W had sex ... a lot. They were "friends with benefits". Z
falls in love with W and friendship is over because it got too
sticky and
complicated.

Two friends that are sexually attracted to each other and could be great in a relationship but are not together for other reasons. How ever both do flirt and do boyfriend/girlfriend activities but both aren't
officially a couple. Usually both have an
unconditional care for each other and have feelings for one another but do not take it to
another level because of other reasons.

n: A friend in which you are allowed sexual activity but no true relationship is invovled.
Not a girlfriend or boyfriend.
The benefit is
purely sexual. Not to be
tied with feelings.

Example:
Woman: So I'm really good friends with this one guy and because he's my
study buddy. He would come to my house often, and nothing else can describe our friendship besides having sex.
No I'm not in love with him nor do I have a crush on him. That's how we both are "
friends with benefit"
