Haters gonna hate

Usually used as a comeback at a person who expresses an opinion that the user of the phrase disagrees with and/or feel personally offended by, often for completely irrational reasons.
If it used in real life, it is often accompanied by that person
strutting away as if they had just destroyed you with witty and
rational arguments.
This phrase is rarely used by anybody above the age of 15 and with an IQ above
95.
Example:
Example 1:
Moron: The new Eminem album is soooo awesome.
Normal Person: I disagree...his older albums were way better.
Moron:
Pffft...
HATERS GONNA HATE!
Example 2:
Moron: My new shoes look awesome, don't you think?
Normal person: Meh...they're not really my taste.
Moron: Ah,
whateva.
Haters gonna hate (walks away as if she/he just said something extremely clever and original)

A phrase used to express
apathy towards another's
disapproval. Probably one of the most overused and annoying phrases of the year 2011 and will be for 2012. Although it has reason
behind it in most cases (mainly when it really is only a matter of opinion) in some cases it does not (when reason comes into play).
Example:
An acceptable use of the phrase:
Sam: You look weird as a brunette.
Sandy: Haters gonna hate.
An
unacceptable use of the phrase:
Sam: Justin Bieber can't sing and looks like a
12 year old girl.
Sandy: Haters gonna hate.

As 2011 as you can get. Often used as an ironically or unaronically arrogant and blind response towards any kind of criticism. People who still use this retarded "comeback" unironically in 2018 are often despised, irritable, overly defensive and probably have a serious
god complex. The "Haters gonna hate" "catchphrase" is unhumorous, unoriginal, dated and cringy. It originates from the same core idea as "
Dab on them haters!"For the people who consider themselves superior to anyone who has even a slightly
different opinion and expresses it: Did you consider that maybe there is a reason everyone thinks you are an asshole/bitch? People don't get massive criticism for anything. You fucked something up and you are too cocky to admit it. I hope a horrible thing in life will make you realize that you can't just say one stupid sentence back and walk away. If anyone agrees please press the like button.
Example:
-Hello.
-Did you see the new episode of My little Pony?
-No... I think that show is for kids under 10.
-Haters gonna hate!!!44!!4!*heavy breathing**autism intensifies*
-I'm not hating on the show it definitively has it's audience and it's mainly little girls.
-IT
HEZ SEKZI PAWNIEZ IN ET YAH
FUKEN HATERRR...*nose starts bleeding**muscle spasms*
-Jerry, you have an addiction.
-REEEEEEEEE!!!*loud choking**stroke happens*
-Why did i put roleplaying in this example wtf is wrong with me. (Yes, self-critique exists.)

A
colloquial saying. It means that people who don't like you will always find a
reason to
dislike you, no matter how stupid that reason may be.
