Wet And Messy sex. Describes a fetish of sorts that envolves getting covered with some form of goopy messy substance. This can be either food, such as eggs, chocolate sauce, pancake batter, truffle oil, etc. Or a non-food delight like mud, sweet crude oil, plaster and the like. To me this should be the normal porn material, and freaky "dry and clean sex" would be a fetish.

Originally and still today political jargon for the cash given to party operatives on or near election day to be spent (1) transporting or luring voters to the polls, or (2) doing small favors for voters, such as buying them drinks, to make them feel obligated. This usage has been extended to include anyone's pocket money, to be used for virtually any purpose.

Also, money given to Pennsylvania General Assembly members for projects in their districts, doled out by legislative leaders to good soldiers as they campaigned for reelection. WAMs were Pennsylvania sleaze at its greasiest: secretive, stinking of cronyism, far removed from the very people whose cash was being spent.

Wam could mean anything, but the definition I was looking for is the abbreviation for the sexual kink known as "Wet And Messy". Apparently it's been around for quite a while (a while in my POV is two decades).

Basically the premise is that some people (me) find it erotic when girls cover themselves or play with certain substances that have satisfying tactile properties. For me, it's anything with a thick, viscous and slimy consistency, such as honey, simulated mucus, nuru gel, or slime itself. This kink is most (in)famous for using food substances, but this is entirely optional (I prefer non-food substances, with the exception being confectionary stuff like syrup or whipped cream).

This kink can be depicted with or without any additional sexual acts being performed. I personally find it really erotic when the performer wallows and slides around in the substance on a flat surface.
