The 40th Superbowl which was either:
~ a NFL championship game which the refs were Steelers fans, robbing the Seahawks of the Superbowl title.
~ a NFL championship game which some Steeler fan/fans with money got to the ref.
~ a NFL championship game which Vegas stood to loose too much money if the Seahawks won, so they got to the refs to fix the game in favor of the Steelers. Vegas came out with record income on this Superbowl.
~ a NFL championship game which the people in charge of the NFL, fixed the game with: picking the Steelers as a favorite even though the Steelers were not conference champs; having the media celebrate the Steelers for two weeks before the game; celebrating 3 to 4 Steelers retired players before the game and not celebrating any retired Seahawk players; and then when all else failed had the refs make bad calls on the Seahawks, costing them the game.
Example:
1. The Seahawks should be XL Champs.
2. Steelers should not be wearing the XL ring.
3. Steeler fans are stupid if they think they have the right to celebrate the outcome of XL.
4. Q: Why are the Steelers called the Steelers? A: Because they got the refs to steel them XL.

XL is used to spice things up. you know... things sound boring when its just a plain name. with XL it makes things alot cooler.
Example:
Turkey--> Turkey XL
Loser--> LOSER XL
George Bush--> GEORGE BUSH XL
Im so hungry--> IM SO HUNGRY XL
That is so cool..--> That is so cool XL.

OPPA XL

OPPA is an emote used to express frustration with something, as you can probably guess with the man smashing his keyboard
why the emote is used is in reference to XL, which is the abbreviation of Xiangling
Xiangling is usually taken as the basis for analysing how good a character is when talking about damage output and ease of use
as such, she gets mentioned so much that even mentioning her name is enough to trigger genshin players and move them to anger
so OPPA XL is basically used when XL is mentioned
the word AGANE (the incorrect spelling of again) is also used in conjunction at times as it's used to refer to her being mentioned all the time
Example:
1010: "xiangling-"
entire genshin fandom: "OPPA XL AGANE"
