Someone or something that is whack or busted. It can refer to someone who is not well put together, dressed like a scrub, or someone who is just fugly. Term derived from the dishevelled, unkempt, tattered ends of a rope.

A nickname used for a very sexy/cute guy. Normally tall with beautiful black hair and dreamy blue eyes! All girls should get with anyone called Fray Fray, because they are normally armed with a sexy six pack and a killer ass.

A band from Denver, Colorado that is alternative and breath taking. They had nothing going for them and then shot up the chart with a song that everyone can relate too, over my head, cable car seriously if you can't then you don't know what the word love means. Seriously that defines all young, teen love, and old love. when your in love you head over heels, and nothing could change that, and also I would like to add some of their other songs are fantastic to like how to save a life, she is, look after you, heaven forbid seriously listen to there lyrics they can touch you, and if you all say "nay" to me saying that over my heas, cable car is wrong you've got issues. This is coming from a girl that went to a free concert and only knew to songs. take my advice their good alternative band, give them a chance and then if you want to down this then do so...but atleast give them a chance.

An awesome band from Denver, Colorado. The members are Isaac Slade (lead vocals, piano, guitar), Joe King (back up vocals, guitar), Dave Welsh (guitar), Ben Wysocki (drums, percussion) and the unofficial member, Dan Lavery (Bass). Their music is catchy but not in an annoying pop song sorta way and their song lyrics are meaningful. The Fray are also AMAZING live. Their most popular songs are:

slang for "free", referring to someone who is easily beaten at something, usually pertaining to a fighting game, such as Street Fighter or Marvel vs. Capcom. Frequently used at fighting game competitions such as Wednesday Night Fights, or larger tournaments such as Evolution.
Example:
Interviewer: So explain what happened in your last match.

Winner: My opponent played a well thought out methodical match and I was lucky to beat him. WHO AM I KIDDING. THAT GUY WAS FREE... FRAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY.
