To have one's chin rest on top of anothers index and middle finger only. The
percher must perch the perchee by surprise. Most people are unperchable because they do not like to be touched near the neck and it is quite impressive if someone is perchable. It is against the rules of perching to perch yourself.

an owl would. sitting in a
crouch like a catcher in baseball would and placing hands down in between legs.
