ramadan
Holy month in the
Islamic faith. People fast from approximately
sunrise to sunset -- this practice creates
tolerance and a respect for those who do not have enough to eat.

It freakin IS NOT a holiday. It's a month where Muslims fast from dawn to dusk in order to better understand the
plight of those who go without even basic needs like food. It's a period of abstinence - in ALL aspects, which means
no foolin around til your fast is over. But when it's time to break the fast, y'all can
pig out!

Example:
Amir: Do you want to go for lunch?
Fatima: No thanks, I am
ramadanning.
Kevin: How long do you have to fast for Ramadan?
Tahir: Don't ask me. I stopped ramadanning as a kid. Let's go get a hamburger. I know a great place that serves
halal meat.

The time of the year when muslim extremists get high on Islam even more than usual and
wreck havoc across the globe "In the name of Allah." It should be importantly noted that during
Ramadan, muslims do not eat or drink therefore they are EXTRA cranky and this might be a cause of this series of events.

Example:
Iqra: Did you see Khadija? I heard she just started wearing the
khimar and dressing modestly.
Fatima: Loool yeah, even though she used to wear
bootyshorts and went to clubs. She's a Ramadan Muslim.
