the fuzz
Comes from the fact that a lot of police back in the 60's joined straight of the military and they brought with them the very short military haircut that gave them the appearance of fuzz on their heads. When they took their hats off, your first comment might be, hey look, it's the fuzz. It's a style of haircut that made wearing a police hat more comfortable and cooler to wear......still in vogue today and used by many police officers around the world.the fuzz
the fuzz refers to the polices like the heat i think the word is derived from the police always being on your ass or in you face like peach fuzz

no fuzz
To have "no fuzz" on something is to have no doubts about it. The situation is clear as day, without "fuzz" or blurriness.
Example:
James Comey, former FBI Director: "There should be no fuzz on this whatsoever. The Russians interfered in our election during the 2016 cycle. They did it with purpose. They did it with sophistication. They did it with overwhelming technical efforts. And it was an active-measures campaign driven from the top of that government. There is no fuzz on that."

Fuzzing
In computer security parlance, fuzzing is the art of automatic bug finding. This is done by providing an application with semi-valid input. The input should in most cases be good enough so applications will assume it's valid input, but at the same time be broken enough so that parsing done on this input will fail. Fuzzing is mostly used to uncover security bugs.
Example:
The fuzzer spent the afternoon fuzzing his company's parts ordering system to crack the application.
