Something you can have. It can help you defeat decepticons, or seduce women. Nothing is impossible if you have the touch, including unlocking the autobot matrix of leadership.

Ways to tell if you have the touch:

You never get hit when your back's to the wall.
When all hell's breaking loose you are riding the eye of the storm.
You get put to the test but it is never enough.
You're at your best when when the going gets rough.

Often, people with the touch also have the power.

Example:
Yao Ming has got the touch tonight!

Touching can be sexuallly or just normally usually as a form of love or close relationship.

Example:
Examples can be a parent hugging or patting your shoulders. Or holding hands with your friend or partner. Sexually touching can be defined as light patting or heavy patting where your sex partner will touch you.

Another way to say that someone is not quite "right" in the head. Usually accompanied by a knowing look and a nod along with the hand lightly tapped to the forehead.

Example:
Fred would say about Lamont "That boy is touched" if he hooked up with a white girl.

Or if you are trying to explain why you fizzled something at work, you could pat your head and say "I'm touched"

A person thats not quite right in the head or insane is touched, the word should be said whilst pointing towards the head.

Example:
Boy: Today gemma scooby sat on the floor and sang to herself.

The implied understanding of "it" being (butt, dick, etc.). Basically, the two words that you tell someone in a sarcastic tone, either just for fun, or because you are mad at them.

Can also be used to mean: go away, you agree with someone, or whatever.

Example:
Tom:Hey, i missed class Tuesday can I see your bio notes?
Kim:You know what you can do? Touch it.

Mike:Are you gonna get me food?
Ron:Touch it.
