It's a short form of Tokio hotel America, a Tokio Hotel fan club in America, also known as Tokio Hotel USA.
The best site to join if you are a new fan because it is cleaner and has less haters.
The other fans there are helpful and the staff are pretty humorous too. You need to join the fan club to view the entire content.

HOWEVER, if you are a HATER, you are definitely NOT WELCOME.
