Example:
His pot was laced and now he's trippin', and making a scene, is confused, and looks like he'll murder us if he doesn't get more of that pot.

A trippin' word in itself. Paradoxical at times, but nevertheless, trippin'. 3 defs applicable. 1: The epitome of all that is cool and hip, "I've got it goin' on." 2: Tripping as in the verb itself-stumbling, not quite there, having a hard time to comprehensively express oneself. 3: Question form.
Example:
1. "You're so trippin."
2. "Man, I'm trippin' here."
3. "What's trippin'?"

1) The drug induced state of mind in which one becomes enlightened, and understands the nature of the given event that just occured.

2) Can occur while intoxicated or on any other drug.
-most likely to occur while on mdma
-least likely on shrooms.

3) Opposite of trippin out, which is usually a reaction based on something the person does not know about or has not a fucking clue as to what the fuck just happened.
Example:
After dave and his buddies get fucked up, a sequence of events causes them to trip out, they have no clue whats going on. Dave explains the situation and whats what with a perfect understanding.

Buddy1 - "Yo,i was just thinking...you know whats trippy? Fucking stars, like, think about what a star is, what is it? why the fuck is it there?"

Dave - "Man, its simple, a star is just a massive, luminous ball of plasma that is held together by gravity,possibly caused by the big bang, which was the expansion of a sigularity 13.7 billion years ago, or so theories say.
