The most used is in hospitals, the term meaning Dead-On-Arrival.
The newest form has arose with this term, being used in street gangs in the Bronx, seaside, reyway, RPT, and other places nearby such as Harlem, Brooklyn, etc...
This term means "Dumping-On-Anything" as well as "Dead on Arrival."
This term is used among multiple gangs as a group, it's most popular being sevside or reyway. Other forms of this term have been used by oppositions of these gangs, using DOAK.
This means they are "DOA Killas" or kill whoever jacks DOA on sight.
