Named for the extra-large former Jays slugger, Carlos Delgado, and a distant cousin of the 'Boggs' (Boston slang for a large Miller Lite)

It's a person that always trips/gets confused with random stuff. It's a rare type disease that only crackheads have, don't use drugs kids, one of the symptons it's a growing disorder preventing victims to grow up.
