"Stumbling" the internet is fast becoming an activity as understandable to computer regulars as what simple googling is known to be.

Stumblies
When you are so drunk you are unable to maintain balance, leading you to stumble around. However, you are completely consciously aware of you're lack of balance, but cannot control it.

The act of using a wifi-detection program to check for open (and sometimes closed) WLAN networks. In other words, using a program to see if there's a wireless internet setup close enough that you could access or hack into it.
