Often used in Trolley Problem Memes.
In a Comic (Densha de D) there is one rather famous picture of a train with front and back wheels on different rails and a character saying "Multi Track Drifting".
This merged with the Trolley Problem memes, as you can kill all 6 people tied to the tracks by multi track drifing.
