Armor

A slang term in reference to a
muscle shirt or wife beater. This usage came from young white trash males with enough muscle build to use the sarcasm of a wife beater being enough protection for battles of any kind. Battles including
brawling, a long
rough night of drinking, unprotected sex, drunk driving, and slapping around unruly females.
Example:
1.)Kaustik
geared up with his armor to ready himself for another night of
belligerence & debauchery.
2.)The crew
sported their armor with pride and ready for conflict.
Armoric

“Armoric” is a commonly used name for french pubs, such as “La Civette” or “Le rendez-vous des chasseurs”. One of the most iconic pub called “Armoric” can be found in the city of
Lille, on the
Victor Hugo Boulevard. Pubs like this (you would say “bistrot”) are usually full of old men, drunkards, and in some cases of grandfathers speaking in Arabic while gambling while a TV is showing horse races
all-day long.
Example:
-Grandma, where is grandpa ?
-Your goddamn grandfather is on the other side of the street at the Armoric !
*kiddo proceeds to
cross the street and is cheered by the whole drunk pub while his grandfather is giving him a glass of “un
jaune bien
noyé pour le chiard”*
Combat armor
by ChaoticNeutral2 on Aug 10, 2011 00:37:00
A combat-armor is a wearable apparel used to protect its wearer from impacts, such as bullets or
bludgeoning force. A combat-armor generally is sold/distributed with an accompaining helmet as part of a complete kit, and thus the combat-armor refer to the combat-vest and combat-helmet, as well as any other
itens that may come included in a kit, such as
gauntlets or combat-boots.
Example:
The army issued PASGT vest (now outdated) is a form of
combat armor consisting of
the vest, boots, helmet (
separately classified as simply the PASGT helmet). PASGT stands for Personal armor system for ground troops.

An arcade-style mecha fighting game where you pit custom buitl robots against opponents for the PS series of consoles.
Great game spanning soon to be all 4 of
Sony's PlayStation consoles. Although initially it would appear none of the American versions had online, you could tunnel into Master of Arena and Nexus to get online. In my opinion the best game series for the Playstation line of consoles.
It had several infamous villans, including (but not limited to)
Nineball, Stinger, and
Leos Klein.
If you can find it, get it. It's hard at first, but the more you play, the more fun it gets.
Example:
"Target verified! Commencing hostilities!"-Nineball, "ultimate" variant
"What the... i'm losing!? impossible! I'm burning!
Phantasma. I'm dieing!" -Stinger
"We all make mistakes, don't you think, Raven? We humans need strict supervison; we cannot live on our own. A state devoted solely to
ravens... I'm a realist, not some fool! All that I've wanted to do was to revive the ways of old... Die rebel!" -Leos
Klein
