When a person is receiving head from someone and their girlfriend or boyfriend calls them and to not get caught in the act they put them on speakerphone and carry on a normal conversation as if nothing is going on.

Example:
Jack: I was watching a movie with Jill and then she started to give me some brain and in the middle of it Sue, my girlfriend called.
