A group of dudes in their twenties riding the electric rideshare scooters originally created by Bird. They often create an annoyance for motorists or pedestrians by taking up the entirety of whatever lane they're in but not matching the speed of its intended users.
Example:
Guy 1: Man, it's impossible to get anywhere on my bike now that these fucking flocks are taking up all of the lanes.
Guy 2: Yeah, I almost got hit by one of the idiots in one while they were on their daily migration to the Starbucks.
